I’m trying to deal with feelings of professional mediocrity lately. Here’s a down-to-earth discussion of the subject I found that deals right with programming. It’s helped me to deal, even if just by saying how common a problem it is.
footnote: I didn’t write this, and I’m not dealing with any super-heavy feelings. Just the usual doldrums that article describes.
New year’s eve is over and I want to talk about a resolution I have, because the resolution is: talk more. I want to be more open more frequently, because the blogs I like to read are ones where the authors put in a lot of personal details. Even really mundane personal details are good, they’re especially good. I love tumblrs where it’s people talking about how they didn’t...
